A lawyer with extensive litigation experience, gained as a Crown Prosecutor in the Canadian Prairie provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta in 2019-2024, enhanced by continuous experience in criminal defense practice in Ontario in 2024-2026, and by experience as an Assistant State's Attorney at Wicomico County State's Attorney's Office in Maryland, USA.
Gennadiy has also accumulated experience as a law clerk at Fragomen, Del Rey, Lowson and Loevy in Troy, Michigan and at Wayne County Prosecutor's Office where he completed OPT training and worked as a paralegal respectively.
Gennadiy represents Clients with their litigation needs and provides legal services in multiple areas of law, relying on the wealth of successful common law litigation experience gained in Canada and the United States. Prior to the graduation from the Juris Doctor program in 2018, Gennadiy has completed an internship at the International Criminal Court Office of the Prosecutor, and contributed effectively at a multinational law firm focused on contracts, tax and business law as well as immigration and emigtation. Gennadiy's languages of choice are English, Ukrainian, Russian and German.
